How it works?

Cheer Plus have major accounts with the world's largest and best courier companies. Thanks to our massive buying power we have secured great discounts off the normal selling rates. This in turn allows us to offer you some of the lowest courier prices in the country!

The services offered on this website are identical to those offered by the carriers themselves!

What are your transit times?

Since we ship by air and use major shipping companies, our transit times are usually between 2 to 3 business days. There could be delays due to Airlines, Customs Clearence and Public holidays in the destination country which are out of our control. Our main objective is to deliver your parcels as soon as possible.

Can I track my packages online?

You can easily track your packages online by visiting tracking page of courier companies you pick.

Why are your prices cheaper even though you are using major carriers?

Our main advantage is the volume of our shipments. Due to this high volume we can negotiate deep discounts with our carriers which gives us the ability to offer lower prices.

Will I have to pay custom clearance fee when I send a package?

Most of custom clearance fee is already included in your shipping charge. However it is unpredictable and is at the discretion of the customs in the destination country.
If they do impose charges, the recipient will be contacted by the customs directly and we cannot get involved in the process

What is Commercial Invoice ?

Commercial Invoice is a document that shows the quantity, description and value of the items inside your packages. Each shipment must have 3 copies of Commercial Invoice. When you prepare your shipment online, you will enter the contents, description and value of your package contents. Upon completion, you will be able to print your Commercial Invoice which you will put in an envelope and tape it on your package.

Who pays for Customs duties and taxes?

The receiver will pay for the duties and taxes. For some countries we offer the option for the shipper to pay for the duties and taxes as well. If you would like to pay for the duties and taxes, please select this option when preparing your online shipment. You will be charged 20% (min $20.00) of the total value of your package contents as estimated duties and taxes. If the actual duties and taxes are more than this amount, we will send you a statement showing this amount and charge you the difference. If you do not elect to pay the duties and taxes for your shipment, our shipping partners, UPS, FEDEX, TNT& DHL pays for the duties and taxes on behalf of the person receiving the package. When they deliver the package, they will collect these fees from the receiver. If the value of the package is high and requires a substantial amount of duties and taxes, our partners may contact the receiver to secure the payment. Please make sure that, when sending a package, the receiver is aware of the payment of the duties and taxes and they are willing to pay it. If they need to know how much the duties will be, they can contact their Customs Offices in their country and find out. In a situation where the receiver refuses to pay the duties and taxes, you will be responsible to pay them.

What is Dimensional Weight?

Dimensional Weight is a standard formula used in the air-freight industry and considers package density when calculating shipping charges. The calculation for dimensional weight considers the amount of space a package will take up on an aircraft in relation to the actual weight of the package. When calculating the airfreight costs, if the dimensional weight is more than the actual weight, the cost is based on the dimensional weight. Here's how to calculate dimensional weight of a package which is 10" Wide, 12" High and 20" Long.

1. Multiply the Length x Width x Height            10 x 12 x 20 = 2400

2. Divide this result (the "cubic size") by 166 (Dim factor)     2400/166 = 14.45

3. The result is the dimensional weight (in pounds)

*Please note Dim factor for inbound shipments is 139.
